What a fun day! The rain didn't bother us at all. Hard to imagine 
the Forum as it was during the glory days of Rome. Not as hard to imagine the Coliseum filled with people. We learned it could hold up to 50,000 people but the women were not allowed seats. They stood at the top. It was once covered in marble but that was reused on later buildings.
